NCD (Non-Convertible Debenture) Series represent investment products with specific terms, rates, and tenure. This guide covers complete series management.

Series Lifecycle

Creating a New Series

Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate: Click NCD Series in sidebar → + New Series
  2. Basic Info:
    • Enter unique Series Code (e.g., NCD-2024-A)
    • Enter display name
    • Optionally add ISIN
  3. Financial Terms:
    • Set Face Value (typically ₹1,00,000)
    • Set Interest Rate (e.g., 12%)
    • Set Senior Citizen Rate if applicable
    • Set Minimum Investment
  4. Dates:
    • Set Issue Date (when series opens)
    • Set Maturity Date (when series ends)
    • Tenure auto-calculates
  5. Payout:
    • Select Payout Frequency
    • Select Interest Calculation method
  6. Save: Click Save to create as Draft
  7. Activate: When ready, click Activate to open for investments

💡 Senior Citizen Benefit
Customers aged 60+ automatically receive the Senior Citizen Rate if configured. The system calculates this based on Date of Birth.
