When you request something from the app - like redeeming investment, transferring to someone, or updating your bank details - your request goes through an approval process. Here's how it works:

What to Do if Your Request is "Sent Back"
- Open the request from My Requests
- Read the Admin Note explaining what needs to be fixed
- Make the required corrections
- Tap Resubmit
- Request goes back to the queue for review
What to Do if Your Request is "Rejected"
- Open the request to see the rejection reason
- If you believe it's an error, use Chat or Tickets to discuss
- If you understand the issue, you may be able to submit a new request with corrections
Tracking Your Request
- Open My Requests anytime to see current status
- You'll receive a push notification when status changes
- You'll also get an email for important updates
- Approved requests appear in your investment/profile immediately
