When you request something from the app - like redeeming investment, transferring to someone, or updating your bank details - your request goes through an approval process. Here's how it works:

How Long Does Approval Take?

Redemption 1-2 business days May take longer for large amounts
Transfer 2-3 business days Recipient details are verified
Profile Change (Bank) 1-2 business days Bank details verified with uploaded proof

What to Do if Your Request is "Sent Back"

  1. Open the request from My Requests
  2. Read the Admin Note explaining what needs to be fixed
  3. Make the required corrections
  4. Tap Resubmit
  5. Request goes back to the queue for review

What to Do if Your Request is "Rejected"

  1. Open the request to see the rejection reason
  2. If you believe it's an error, use Chat or Tickets to discuss
  3. If you understand the issue, you may be able to submit a new request with corrections

Requests submitted on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. For urgent matters, use the Chat feature to reach the support team.

  2. Select category (Investment Issue, Technical Problem, etc.)
  3. Describe your issue in detail
  4. Attach files if relevant (screenshots, documents)
  5. Tap Submit
  6. Note your ticket number for reference

  1. Go to the section you want to change
  2. Tap Edit or Request Change
  3. Make your changes
  4. Submit request
  5. Wait for admin approval (for sensitive fields)
  6. You'll get a notification when approved
