I'm not receiving OTP. What should I do?
Check if your registered mobile number is correct. Ensure you have network connectivity. Wait 30 seconds and try again. If the issue persists, contact support.
Can I change my registered mobile number?
Yes, submit a profile change request through the app. Go to Profile → Request Update → Mobile Number. The change requires admin approval.
Why was my login blocked?
Multiple failed OTP attempts may temporarily block login. Wait 30 minutes or contact support for immediate assistance.
Investments
How do I make a new investment?
Go to NCD List → Select a series → Tap "Invest Now" → Enter amount → Submit request. Your request will be processed by the admin team.
When will I receive my interest payment?
Interest is paid according to the payout frequency of your NCD series (monthly/quarterly/annually). Check your investment details for the next payout date.
What is TDS and how is it calculated?
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) is deducted as per income tax rules. The rate depends on whether you've submitted Form 15G/15H. Check your investment details for TDS breakdown.
Statements
How do I download my investment statement?
Go to Statements → Select folio or series → Choose date range → Tap "Generate". The statement will be available for download.
What's the difference between Folio and Series statement?
Folio statement shows details of a single investment. Series statement shows all your investments in a particular NCD series.
Requests
How long does it take to process my redemption request?
Typically 3-5 business days. You can track the status in My Requests section.
Can I cancel a pending request?
Contact support through chat to cancel a pending request before it's processed.
Support
What's the difference between Chat and Support Tickets?
Chat is for quick queries with instant responses. Support Tickets are for formal requests that need documentation and tracking.
